• Covington is not responsible for delays outside of our direct control.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Payment Terms:Full payment is required before shipment unless an approved financing or line of creditarrangement is in place.
• Accepted Methods:Covington accepts major credit cards, ACH transfers, approved partner financing, and DeFi payments via COVI token where applicable.
• Taxes & Fees:All applicable sales taxes, freight charges, and handling fees will be clearly itemized at checkout or on invoices.

Failure to remit payment in full may result in order cancellation or suspension of account privileges.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returned materials must be unused, in original packaging, and eligible under our return policy.
